So lately I have fallen more and more in love with Tumblr for easy adding content to a simple blog.  It also makes me easier reading other Tumblr blogs that I like.

Right now I am so mentally exhausted I can’t see straight.  I am going to try and get everything done as soon as I can this morning if counts are about the same as yesterday and get out of here again.  Even if I can do that before like 7:30 I am just going to go ahead and tell the housekeeping supervisor that I am leaving and I will take a vacation day for the rest of the day.  I am sure if things are caught up the boss won’t mind.  It just is that my meds are screwed up between the clinic, insurance and the pharmacy.  So I am not able to take my meds.  This totally sucks.

I had a rough time getting to sleep again last night.  I need to take a nap today when I get home.  I have the dogs, but I think I can convince them to sleeping with me.

Just got back from my follow up appointment from my surgery.  The good news is that my leg is working the way it should.  The bad news is I got weighed at the appointment and I am at 222 pounds.  I’ve gained weight.  So the doctor told me that I need to start exercising seriously; so that means 10 minutes a day on the tread mill for first two weeks 5 times a week then increasing it 5 minutes the next week.  He said that will help with leg circulation and also with weight.

So now it is back to normal stuff and including exercising in that project as well.  He says that my goal time on the tread mill or regular walking should be 30 minutes.  I am game for that as long as I get to my 185 pound weight.  So I have 37 pounds to loose.  Watch me go.
