So I finally learned what not eating does to you. I was wondering why I have lost all that weight so fast. Now I know why. Not eating really starts to make your body shut down. I haven’t been eating real well if any for a week. I told my mother about an issue I was having and she told me it sounded like I wasn’t eating. So telling her I was, was VERY wrong!!!! So we went grocery shopping for better foods for me to start eating better. I also have to drink LOTS more water. I never want to feel like this again. I was a total fool for not eating as much as I should be. GOD, I feel so messed up. And I always thought this just happens in women, Guess again, this can also happen to a 41 year old male!!!!
I know I haven’t been eating much at all, but I am now down to 205 pounds. So I am excited. I know not the way to do it, but I’ve not felt like eating much these past few days. So now I have 20 pounds left to loose!!! before I reach my goal weight. I will make it for August.
Just got back from my follow up appointment from my surgery. The good news is that my leg is working the way it should. The bad news is I got weighed at the appointment and I am at 222 pounds. I’ve gained weight. So the doctor told me that I need to start exercising seriously; so that means 10 minutes a day on the tread mill for first two weeks 5 times a week then increasing it 5 minutes the next week. He said that will help with leg circulation and also with weight.
So now it is back to normal stuff and including exercising in that project as well. He says that my goal time on the tread mill or regular walking should be 30 minutes. I am game for that as long as I get to my 185 pound weight. So I have 37 pounds to loose. Watch me go.
